In this two day workshop, you will make a 6" - 7'“ chef's knife using stock removal techniques. Starting with 1080 high carbon steel, you will learn about design & layout, heat treating, grinding, Handle material selection, profiling, edge geometry, and more. Each participant will work hard to walk away with a blade that will be ready to go to work for you.
